A computationally efficient software for

mapping of epistatic QTL in F2 crosses

During my PhD studies I developed computer software for mapping of single QTL and epistatic QTL pairs in F2 crosses. This software is written in Fortran 90 with the aim to produce software, which can efficiently perform randomization tests for single and multiple QTL on workstations and parallel computer platforms. The software has been successfully used for mapping of QTL in outbred linecrosses. The unsupported software can upon request be provided free of charge to assist in non-commercial scientific projects. The software can also be provided for commercial purposes.
